A typical product of the entire Apulian region, Taralli are crispy rings made from a dough of flour, salted water, extra virgin olive oil and dry white wine. Tradition lives again in the flavors of these artisanal taralli, made with patience and lots of love.

Ingredients: multigrain flour: (soft wheat flour type ”00” (65 percent), sunflower seeds (6 percent), rye flour type ”2” (5 percent), sesame seeds (5 percent), flax seeds (4 percent), whole grain oat flour (4 percent), barley flour (4 percent), natural yeast from whole grain flour type ”0” powder, iodised salt, malted barley flour, natural yeast from whole grain flour type ”0” powder, malted wheat flour, flour treatment agents: E300 (ascorbic acid); amylase), white wine, olive oil (13%), extra virgin olive oil (1%), salt, flavor.

Allergens: product contains cereals with gluten, sesame, soy. May contain traces of mustard, lupine, eggs, milk and milk products.
